On May 3, 2009 ReachTheWorld.com put online a new web editing / building system for our clients. The Global Vision™ SiteBuilder System is a major upgrade compared to our previous system, including many new features, like forums, many upgraded features, like the eStore system, and an improved editing system.

The two systems are not compatible, therefore for clients to upgrade, a migration to the new system is required.  To migrate to the new system, 4 basic steps are required:

1. Use the Global Vision™ SiteBuilder Wizard (http://builder.reachtheworld.com:2006/Wizard/) to select a design and build the site structure with pages and option.
2. Copy and edit your content from your current web site on the web editor system into the new pages on your new SiteBuilder web site.
3. Import the any images to be used into the Image Gallery (Knowledge Base article 671.511).  If you just copy and paste the image, it may appear on your computer, but not be visible to others.  Images must be pasted from the image gallery.
4. Email support@reachtheworld.com for when your SiteBuilder site is ready.  We will then make requested modifications to your banner and put your site online.

If you are using the previous store system, you will notice new option with the new system, including store transactions direct to PayPal business accounts. Your store items will need to be entered and setup in the new system.
