To put media files online on your web site, the files must be prepared for uploading to the ReachTheWorld.com media servers. It is important that the files be properly prepared to maintain a quality delivery from your site.
First, download and install the Super© media encoder from the "Upload Media" page (http://reachtheworld.com/upload.aspx). Also download the audio and video settings files.
Start the Super© media encoder then right click and select "import a Super© settings profile. Select one of the settings files you downloaded (SUPER_FLVaudio_RTW.spf to encode audio and SUPER_FLVvideo_RTW.spf to encode a video file) then click "open". The encoder is now ready to encode with the correct parameters.
Right click again and select "add multimedia files", locate the file or files you wish to encode, and click "open". Make sure the checkbox next to the file name is checked and click "encode" then click "OK". Your files will then be encoded.
To control which directory the encoded file is sent, right click then select "output file saving management". You can then select an output directory.
One you file is prepared, be sure it is named properly. Files must be named as follows:
ClientID_Date_Artist_Title.flv

Only flash .flv media files can be uploaded, and without spaces or punctuation.
When the file is ready, you can upload it at the "Upload Media" page (http://reachtheworld.com/upload.aspx). We will then put it online on your site.
